Terms of Service
TaskNext.AI | Last updated: 26 March 2026
1. Agreement
By purchasing or using TaskNext.AI, you agree to these terms. TaskNext.AI is provided by Jesse Du, trading as TaskNext.AI, London, United Kingdom.
2. The Service
TaskNext.AI is a downloadable desktop application for AI-powered social media management. The service includes the software, bundled AI API access, automatic updates, and customer support.
3. Subscription & Payment
Access requires an active subscription: £47/month (monthly) or £297/year (annual). Founding Members pay £197/year, locked permanently. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments/Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel at any time via your account dashboard. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase for a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: reverse-engineer or redistribute the software; use it to generate illegal, harmful, or misleading content; share your licence key with third parties; attempt to bypass API rate limits or security measures; or use automated tools to extract or scrape the application.
6. Intellectual Property
TaskNext.AI and its codebase are our intellectual property. Content you create using the tool belongs to you. AI-generated content is provided under the respective AI provider terms (Anthropic, Perplexity, Black Forest Labs).
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
8. Service Availability
We aim for continuous availability of AI API services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Third-party API outages (Anthropic, Perplexity, etc.) are outside our control. The desktop application itself functions offline for local features.
9. UK Consumer Protections
These terms do not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
